only lasted about 5 to 6 months. He came back to us as the repair

preliminary troubleshooting, consultation with customers, scheduling
repairs, and ordering parts and helping out Jim and Robert wherever

PHIL
STEVENS - Phil worked with Jim at the Summers Exxon station when
he too was in high school. When he graduated, Phil went into the
service. Upon returning from duty, he worked at Standard Office
Supply in downtown Dallas until they closed the doors. He then came
back to work for us and is our Senior Service Tech. He sees to it
that you are met and greeted promptly and that your service is performed
to your specifications. He mans the computer and cash drawer as
well. His coworkers are lost when he is not here because of Phil's
invaluable knowledge of the workings of our software.

| "JR"
GUZMAN - Ismael (JR) Guzman is a junior. That is why we call him
"JR". He came to us in October, 2001 from D & J Tires, which was
down the street from us where the Goodyear used to be. He is our
State Inspector and troubleshooter. His eagle eyes can spot impending
problems and his expertise in auto repairs provides our customers
with another outstanding all around mechanic to handle those repairs.
He also takes on the overflow repairs when the repair shop is backlogged.
He is positive and upbeat and gives our customers the no nonsense
facts about their vehicles. |

JOSH
KIRKLAND - Josh is a 3rd generation dirt car driver. He learned
his mechanical skills from the school of hard knocks. His father,
who is a diesel mechanic, taught Josh almost everything he knows
about working on cars. He loves building race cars and working
on anything with an engine in it!! You will find Josh working
in several areas of Pro Car Care and Valvoline Express Care, from
meeting and greeting customers, servicing your vehicle and cashing
you out at the register, to assisting the mechanics in the repair
shop. |

| LARRY
ROBERTS - He started work here in July 2002 as our new pit tech.
He came to us with over 30 years in the automotive service industry
and the majority of that was in the service station business. (He
and Grampa Joe would have hit it off great with all the stories
they could have shared!) The six years prior to joining our team,
he worked at the Casa Linda Mobil as a State Inspector, lube tech
and customer service and sales. His attention to detail to the underside
of your vehicle is second to none!! |

BOBBY
RAGON - Our other Bobby came to us in February 1998 and is our "Main
Man" that keeps us looking good! He is our resident grounds
keeper, custodian and all around happy guy. Bobby works part-time
after being severely injured in a robbery attempt 20 years ago when
he was working night duty at a gas station. He was shot in the head
but survived this traumatic ordeal and lives each day to it's fullest.
We have to fuss over him sometimes to make sure he has eaten and
taken his medicine. We want to make sure he knows how much we care
about him and what an important job he does around here for us. |
